Town of Aylmer, ON Community Pool

Kiddie Pool & 50m Pool

The Aylmer Community Outdoor Pool was originally a painted concrete pool that required extensive maintenance due to peeling paint and deteriorating concrete surfaces.

To provide a long-term, durable solution, L.E.C. Pools Inc. completed significant surface preparation and rehabilitation work, including removing loose and deteriorating concrete and repairing and resurfacing substantial portions of the pool walls and floor.

Following these repairs, our team installed a 60-mil commercial-grade PVC pool membrane, providing a durable, watertight finish that eliminates the need for ongoing repainting and significantly reduces future maintenance requirements.

This rehabilitation project has extended the service life of the pool by many years, providing the community with a refreshed, reliable swimming facility that can be enjoyed for years to come.

Casino Rama Pool in Orillia, ON

Complete Pool Restoration

The swimming pool at Casino Rama was experiencing significant water leakage, allowing water to penetrate through the pool structure and into the kitchen facilities located directly below. This issue required a durable, long-term waterproofing solution to protect the building and prevent further water damage.

L.E.C. Pools Inc. completed a commercial pool rehabilitation project, installing a 60-mil commercial-grade PVC pool membrane throughout the swimming pool, including the distinctive wedding cake-style staircase within the pool.

The membrane installation provided a continuous, watertight surface designed to address the existing leakage while improving the pool’s overall durability and appearance. Special attention was given to the curved staircase design to ensure a precise fit and professional finish.

YMCA Pool in Sudbury, ON

Complete Pool Restoration & Renovation

The Sudbury YMCA Leisure Pool was in significant need of rehabilitation, with its existing pool membrane severely deteriorated and lifting from the pool surface, creating the need for a complete refurbishment.

As a subcontractor for Hollandia Pools & Spa, our team rebuilt and prepared the waterline using PVC materials to create a smooth, durable foundation for the installation of a new CGT commercial-grade pool membrane.

The refurbishment also included the installation of stainless steel railings, anchors, and ramp chevron markings, complemented by striking black accents that give the pool a clean, modern, and professional finish.

The completed transformation not only dramatically improved the pool’s appearance but also restored its functionality, durability, and long-term performance.
