Ryan - Founder & Technical Lead
Ryan spent over a decade running a successful framing company before transitioning into the commercial pool industry in 2013. Drawn to the precision and complexity of pool construction, he joined a leading commercial pool firm and quickly immersed himself in the specialized world of aquatic systems.
Over the next 13 years, Ryan honed his skills working with two of the top commercial pool companies in Ontario. From structural builds to intricate mechanical installations, he developed a reputation for craftsmanship, problem-solving, and calm execution under pressure.
L.E.C. Pools is the result of that journey and his vision to offer high-performance pool systems backed by deep trade knowledge and complete accountability.
Danielle – Operations & Strategy
Danielle brings over 15 years of business management and operations experience from the software sector, where she specialized in logistics, systems, and team coordination.
Her transition into the pool industry began with a hands-on project: building a concrete pool in her own backyard alongside Ryan in 2021.
That experience sparked a shared vision—and the start of L.E.C. Pools. Today, Danielle oversees day-to-day operations, project logistics, and client service, ensuring that every build runs smoothly and that every detail is handled with care.
